Our company I****C is designing and producing machinery for filling and packaging
We are offering now a project of packaging creative/play dough in bags to one of our customers.
Please quote a complete line – extruder and flow-wrapping machine that meet the following spec.

PRE-SALES ADVICE

1) The dough is based on flour.

CHLB: The most popular kind, our machine can do that.

2) Three sizes of products ɸ20,32,42 X length 70-90 مم.

CHLB: ال 3 diameters can be used the same extruder by changing nozzle, the length can be adjusted since machine controlled by servo system.

3) Width of Wrapping foil: 150, 210 مم.

CHLB: Suitable to our CB-350XL. Need to confirm the wrapping foil is laminated film.

4) Bags sizes 120L X 65W, and 120L X 95W

CHLB: Size is no problem by the CB-350XL.

5) Capacity: at list 120 أكياس في الدقيقة. (What is the feasible max capacity? )

CHLB: For the ɸ42 X length 90 مم, speed is about 100 أكياس في الدقيقة. For ɸ32 X length 90 mm can reach 120. For ɸ 20 X length 90 mm can reach 150 أكياس في الدقيقة.

6) Since the product is changed from time to time to gluten-free dough (for sensitive children who suffer of celiac disease) , the extruder should be easy to dismantled for thorough cleaning.

CHLB: Our machine can be suitable to both flour dough and light dough(gluten-free dough). You are right, thorough cleaning is important. Our extruder can be dismantled in 2 minute easily.

7) Please send us a movie that shows the dismantling of the extruder and removing the upper container.

CHLB: Our machine can be suitable to both flour dough and light dough(gluten-free dough). You are right, thorough cleaning is important. Our extruder can be dismantled in 2 minute easily.

7) Provide 1 year complete warrantee and lifetime maintenance service;

Customer: How you are going to provide this service?
CHLB: You can find us if you have any problem. Our technician will provide solution by video communication first. We can also send the technician to your company if requested. The service charge is 100USD per day.If any parts except wearing parts broken, we will send you the substitute to replace. The substitute is for free if the machine working under normal condition and within the warrantee.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Among the 3 sizes, the φ42×L 90 mm is most difficult since the content of one piece is equal to 4.41 times of one pieceφ20×L 90 مم. According to this situation, our engineer adopted a more powerful motor of extruder to make extruding can reach such speed.

The extruder has 3 options:

• – 4كيلوواط, for normal play dough

• – 5.5كيلوواط, for hard plasticine or modeling clay

• – 7.5كيلوواط, for big piece of material such as 500g, 1KG/pc

We will use the most suitable configuration as per customer’s products.
