Im September 2017, Wir haben eine Anfrage aus Spanien erhalten. Der Kunde handelt auch mit Verpackungsmaschinen; Ihr Hauptprodukt ist eine vertikale Verpackungsmaschine. Diesmal sind sie auf der Suche nach einer Schlauchbeutelmaschine für Backwaren.

Since customer not familiar with flow packing machine, we show our expertness to their initial consults.

1) Can i make the 4 Sizes with the same machine or i need a different Size‐former set to make each Size?

CHLB: Ja, one machine can pack all above 4 Sizes. According to the Size width you offer, the max film width would be 260mm, so CB-300S is enough for all of the products. The Size former is adjustable, so there is no need to have different Size former.

2) How many signals can receive your machine? We want to add pick and place robot, and we need to know Input/output signals.

CHLB: Our machine has 4 output signals. There is no problem to connect the pick and place robot with our machine.

3) How many signals can we send to your machine?

CHLB: Can you tell me what signals you want to send to our machine? Normally we don’t have signal input on the machine. We need more information from you so that to have discussion with our engineer.

4) Could operator use a foot pedal to move just 1 step of the machine?

CHLB: If you mean to let the machine pack one Size after the robot place the product on conveyor each time. Then yes, you can.

5) It´s in Spanish Touch screen? We need the screen in Spanish with our Company Logo. If is not in Spanish i can translate all screens to Spanish for you.

CHLB: Normally the system language is Chinese or English. Ja, you can help translating Spanish, then we can insert to the system.

6) Do you have user manual?

CHLB: Sure. We also have video for teaching customer how to install and operate the machine.

7) Its CB-300S / CB-350s / CB-450s valid for bakery products and hardware products both?

CHLB: It depends on the product dimension and shapes. Better to show us the product photo and sizes, so we can double check for you.

8) Can we add our own date coder? We work with Domino ink coder.

CHLB: Ja, you can add your own date coder on the machine. Our machine has the output to give signal to the date coder.

CB-450S Packaging Solution

Then we work out the solution depend on the product data. In a view of servo packing machine is the tide of the industry and Euro customers value the user-friendly most, we choose a servo model for them. The film width is from 220mm~380mm; it’s within the film width range of CB-450S.

In consider of the speed requirements, our engineer change single cutting knife to double cutting knives to achieve it.

After assembling and debugging, we test customer’s packing requirements with samples; the performance of CB-450S is as the video shows.

We deliver the machine as scheduled, and customer said they have confidence in expand business of flow packing machine after getting our machine.
