Fondant Extruding Automatic Packaging Solution

CB-350XL is the best selling model for soft materials like fondant, it can not only packing but also extruding with specific shape from mould. Last year we received an inquiry from a Russian confectionery manufacturer. Their product is fondant.

Customers Inquiry:

This machine is making sugar paste (sugar fondant) in such big bars, like the video.

We need to make exact the same size of the bars, they must be 600 gr. Because it is an edable product we must to mention the weight precise, so there can be a flactuation in weight around 7 gr.

Another question, to be able to make the extruder such exact bars, there must be an vacuum system in the extruder, do you have such?

Then we received customer’s sample for testing, the material can be extruding out easily by the standard configuration model.All customers are welcomed to send us sample for free testing and we have every standard model in stock, they can get testing report soon.

Brief Test Report:

• CB-350XL is fit for your products (including extruding and packing). Since the package weight (600g) is large, packing speed would be around 20bags per minute.
  
• The fondant will be softer after stirring by the extruder. Motor’s standard configuration is ok for your products.
  
• We don’t have large extrude nozzle for 600g, so we test under 140g. According to the testing and our current experience, the accuracy for your fondant would be around 2% for 600g.
  
• Please remember to clean the machine (extruder) everyday after packing, or the fondant will get hard and not suitable for extruding.
  Customer is very satisfied with testing result, and then we confirm the size nozzle before ordering.

Since their products are in two weight, 100grams and 600grams. So we adopted servo controlled cutter for long product’s cutting. The weight precision is acceptable by customer.
